This Privacy Policy explains how TangoOChat ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when visiting our website at tangoochat.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We collect only the data you actively provide and a minimum of technical data needed to operate the Service:

• Contact information — your name and email address when you register or contact us.
• Communication content — messages you send through our contact form or chat widget.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, user-agent, request timestamps) generated automatically when your browser requests our pages. These logs are kept short-term for security and troubleshooting.

We do not require an account to browse previews. We do not collect payment information on this site.

2. How we use your information

• To send you access to the full program and coaching match you signed up for.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To send occasional program updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To monitor and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Where your data is stored

Lead information (name, email, consent timestamp) submitted through the registration form is stored in a Google Sheets workbook accessible only to authorized members of our team. Server logs are kept on the server hosting this site. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses minimal client-side storage (a single browser localStorage key) to remember whether you've already submitted the registration form, so we don't ask you twice. We do not currently set advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by law.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (e.g., Google for Sheets storage and email delivery). These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations. We do not share your data with advertisers.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including residents of the EEA, UK, and California), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent.

7. Data retention

We retain lead information for as long as you remain an active subscriber to our updates, and for up to 24 months after your last interaction. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We use HTTPS for all traffic to this site, access controls on stored data, and reasonable industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Children

This Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice to registered users.
